These terms govern your use of Car Collector Studio. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account and use Car Collector Studio. If you are using the product on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. If you invite team members to your collection, you are responsible for the access level you grant them and for removing access when it's no longer needed.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices, billing frequency and plan features are as shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You may use Car Collector Studio to manage, document and research vehicles you own, are acquiring, or are otherwise authorised to manage on behalf of their owner.
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation; attempt to scrape, bulk-extract or reverse-engineer our market comparables dataset or valuation logic; interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure; or upload content you do not have the right to upload.
Car Collector Studio, its branding, software and the aggregated market-intelligence and taxonomy systems that power it are our property or that of our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the product as intended.
You retain ownership of the vehicle information, documents and other content you upload. You grant us the right to store, process and display that content back to you (and to anyone you explicitly share it with, such as a printed vehicle passport) as part of operating the product.
Market data, comparable sales and related statistics shown in the product are drawn from a dataset of collected listings and sales. This data may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors, and asking prices are not the same as confirmed sale prices. Market information is provided for research and comparison purposes only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
Collector Score and any estimated market value shown in the product are informational tools intended to help you understand where a vehicle sits relative to comparable listings. They are not a certified appraisal, they do not guarantee a vehicle's current or future sale value, and they should not be the sole basis for a purchase, sale, insurance, financing or tax decision. You remain responsible for your own insurance, tax, legal and purchasing decisions, and should seek a qualified, independent appraisal where one is required.
We aim to keep Car Collector Studio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, including for maintenance, and will aim to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
The product relies on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase (database, authentication and storage) and Stripe (payments). Your use of the product is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Collector Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including decisions made in reliance on market data or valuation estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the product and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, including prohibited use as described above. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data first.
